Success! Made oat milk for my coffee. Tastes just as good as the store-bought, plus the only added sugar is from the dates I used. Yeah, it separates, but a quick shake fixes that. It doesn’t foam up like cow’s milk. Not sure how to fix that.

Some DuckDuckGo searching later, and it turns out you can buy green coffee beans from your country of choice pretty easily. 1/4 the cost, can store it up to 3 years, and then home-roast small batches as you need them.
