A ešte jedna dolezita vec. Nedavaj korenie pred pečenim. Spáli ho a steak zhorkne. Ak maš potrebu korenia, tak až na konci. Ked si maso oddychne.

idealne nasolit steak pred pripravou a dat do chladnicky (aspon 2 hod), vybrat, poutierat, opiect a potom posolit kvalitnou solou (maldonska)
