So you're in favour of Russia annexing Ukraine and moving on to the next country that is in NATO next? Because that is the only alternative. As long as Putin sits in the Kremlin, the world either fights Russia or suffers at the hands of Russia; there are no other options.

Ik kreeg steeds het idee dat ze op onderwerpen waar Wilders zich niet zo vaak over uitlaat nog heel normaal zijn, maar verder Wilders' gierslang van haat vol in de mond hebben, en alle redelijkheid zijn verloren als het gaat om rechten van minderheden, en moslims en migranten in het bijzonder.

Trump could get reelected, definitely. But Napoleon could completely rewrite French law, kickstart the modern field of archeology, spread a system of weights and measures across the globe and, lest I forget, conquer virtually all of Europe. Don't see Trump doing any of that.

I work at an architecture firm as a BIM engineer (admittedly in a different country) and my experience is that architects are quite keen on better urbanism, but parking minima is typically not the hill they choose to die on. 🤷♂️

Ik zie er nog wel hoop in, maar alleen dan moet het wel met stemplicht, of iig moet de vereisde meerderheid gelijk zijn aan 50% van de stemgerechtigde bevolking. Anders wordt het namelijk een wedstrijdje achterban optrommelen i.p.v. echte democratie.

I have to say that Italian taxis are actually somewhat reasonably-ish priced, which does make them more of a public service, I suppose. Over here taxis are only for those who forgot to assign a designated driver on a night out, and people who always wanted to experience personal bankrupcy. 😂😂
