We included character cards in Beyond Baker Street, that allowed players to handicap or balance out the skill levels of different people playing the game. Some cards benefit players, others hinder them (or at least ramp up the difficulty)

Star Realms is so good, but the app destroyed the game for me. I was going to get back into it during the last KS, but when “getting everything I’m missing” came to more than £300, I decided not to get it at all, especially as I hadn’t been playing what I do own.
But it is an excellent game.
