honestly though i know nyc subway has that reputation but ive had probably less than 3 instances with stuff like that.
the worst ive dealt with typically are the homeless/drug addicts who um, let's go with, make the train cars dirty.

this was years ago on the 2 line. teen/twenty year old who looked like he was drugged up, i think people were worried he might have had a weapon. I moved to the next car as a police officer walked in, didnt see what happened next.

my rule of thumb with avocado is to buy them the day of or the day before i plan to eat them.
Similar to a yellow or browning banana.

for example, i find it good as an alt for deli sandiches or for egg salad, ironically. But using it to make something like tuna salad or potato salad just does not work.

have you tried avocado as an alternative? it's more expensive (well it was, with egg prices going up that might change for a while).
I find that it works as a mayo alternative occasionally, depending on the food it's being used with.

extremely fair point, though id argue that positive or negative doesnt affect "most impactful". If the mother gave birth but then gave psychological trauma (or worse) then i'd argue she's still the most impactful women in one's life.
Now positive impact? then the question becomes more dynamic.

i 100% agree and i also think the "fun posts" will start as bluesky gets more popularity. It primarily attracted politically minded audiences, which tend to be serious.

Just to tack onto this: IMHO this trend of fearmongering all the time is a big reason why trump won. It's boy cried wolf. If you keep screaming every day that something is going to make things terrible for us now and in the future, after a while it's just white noise.
