Tbh the change in limits feels pretty pointless if it still stops at such a high sum. Still plenty of benefit in investing in land for non farmers

It would perhaps have crossed some people's minds to look at the Home Office's, and others, analysis showing how tougher enforcement policies lead to people making more dangerous journeys, or how they've directly led to smugglers putting more people in fewer boats, leading to more loss of life. 14/
