Ref pointing for goal kick and penalty are too similar. Psychological drama. Extremes.

Overdubbing fake upright bass onto recent debut free jazz sax and drums improvisation. Drums c/o @ianbutton.bsky.social.

Will I be pretty? Fried onion rings. 🎵

This is coming up pretty soon, we (Picturebox) will be at The Betsey Trotwood, London on 11th April, with @robertrotifer.bsky.social and Easter. wegottickets.com/event/651424

Asllani must be wondering what happened. Was at AC Milan a few months ago. Now Hayes Lane, Bromley.

Obligatory photo of Sunderland Women warming up in South London.

Recording today. Flute and hearing aids.

Yesterday's Wordle.

Been getting the playlist together for the next Picturebox Canterbury Arts Lab night. If you want to hear Lasry-Baschet, Edith Sitwell and Menswear, you know where to go. Or do you?

‪Football this week. Bibs v Non-Bibs. I was Non-Bibs. In the pouring rain. We were 4-0 up by half-time so we started swapping teams round. Was 11 v 9 for a bit but we still won. 7-2? 8-2? Ish. I played like an absolute God. A Titan in defence.

@robertrotifer.bsky.social Are you playing bass with Kieran P & PS ?

I forget how good Nat King Cole is. Brilliant on BBC Four just now.

Thanks to Mike Ratledge for loads of great music. Did my teenage ears a favour. Still sounds great. youtu.be/lFDKjGQ41BM?...

You cannot post anything from Soft Machine Vol 1 on Fbook because of "bum". It may offend.

A Complete Unknown. I liked it a lot. I might go again.

Football this week. Bibs v Non-Bibs. I was Bibs. I scored an own goal. A classic defender's own goal. One for the purists. Ball fired across the box, past the keeper, past the first man, I stuck out a leg and bingo! We lost 2-0.

Recording last night. A whole new ball game. No ball games allowed it said but we took no notice.

Football tonight. Bibs v Non-Bibs. I was Bibs. In conditions best described as "lively" and on a surface that was "zippy", we went 3-0 down. In the 2nd half, playing downhill and with the wind, we got back to 3-3, then immediately conceded twice. Final score 5-3 Football is a cruel mistress.

The Lost Afternoons at Canterbury Arts Lab last night.

Tonight tonight. The only gig in the diary. Don't miss out if you think you'd wish you hadn't.

Nigel Kennedy about half an hour into this and the football playing dog in the depths of Storm Éowyn this morning are my highlights of the day. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/m...

“If you`ve got forty minutes to spare, I can guarantee that `Showtunes from the Shadows` is worth the time spent to give it a whirl and will leave you with a smile on your face and set you up for the rest of the day.”

Football tonight. Bibs v Non-Bibs. I was Bibs. We were 5 - something up at half time but must have collapsed cos apparently we lost 8-5. I didn't care. I just wanted to run around like a big kid for an hour. And I did.
