Try the bread recipe on the back of the King Arthur Gluten Free Bread Flour. I love it! Pro tip: most gluten free bread in the store is awful until you toast it. Canyon Bakehouse Sweet Hawaiian is pretty decent for me when toasted.

I’ve heard of people developing several allergies one by one after gallbladder surgery. Gluten and peanut seem to be pretty common ones.

As a trauma survivor it’s hard to sleep some nights. It’s hard to wake up some mornings and muster the strength to do the things that need to be done. This environment is incredibly destabilizing and disregulating.

Relate, honestly. Every year it gets worse. As things get paid off more expenses take their place.
