I remember hearing that Mitch Hedberg’s writing process was to just go somewhere and be alone and think. I think about that a lot in the context of the AI of it all. Taking time to be bored by yourself is so valuable. Find that time. It’s worth it.

I went to film school. 1) I learned a lot about visual storytelling which is crucial to making comics, and made a couple of really crucial acquaintances that got me a cool job right out of college. 2) I would not trade my time in college for anything. Especially college in LA when I did it.
