Finally won at Final Girl - Reiko vs Hans the Butcher. There’s a lot you can do to a bad guy when you bring an axe and a bear trap. He revived with a single heart on his token, and I was fortunate to still have a weak attack card to give him a tiny poke. #FinalGirl #horror #slasher

Back in urgent care yesterday because the cough just won’t go away. PA noted some noise still in the left lung. Got a followup round of antibiotics in case of pneumonia, and advice against running the last race of my series this weekend. I just wanna freaking run like normal again. #run #runsky

Recently I talked about the Artemis mission to some elementary school classes who were learning about the Apollo missions. They were fidgety, noisy, and when I opened it up for questions, all they wanted to know about were black holes — and that’s EXACTLY why I love scicomm with kiddos over adults.

The week before my first HM of the year, the walk-in clinic diagnosed an acute cough. “Stay hydrated, lots of fruits and veg, fine for the race.” Followup diagnosis at urgent care today was bronchitis, which explains why that HM felt like the most difficult race I’ve ever finished. #runsky #run
