It does have an odor, that most people can smell if they’re not too affected by the smoke. The specific odor is more than just a smoke/sulphur smell, but depends on the brand used. I’ve only been gassed about once a year between 2000 and 2024.

I compost at home to recycle potted plant dirt, and the number of random tomato sprouts that get plucked from a plant I repotted a year ago… And now they have been joined by what may be 3 raspberry bushes…

Honorable men did not seem to be the way of the CSA, which is why the modern oath has “foreign and domestic enemy”

As an Army SFC (ret.), that is still a strong enlisted military tradition, but I can’t vouch for the officers

The Republicans back then were just better people overall than the last 100 years of this open-door, closeted KKK GOP

A committed slaveowner who refused to emancipate slaves he inherited from his father-in-law, who put in his will for the slaves to be emancipated with five years. The UDC “heroes” only get worse as you learn more about them

He didn’t. History says that wording, specifically the Constitution and domestic enemies clauses, didn’t exist until 1884, and Lee died in 1870.
