This bill sounds alot like the attempts to sell indigenous lands in India to international mining corporations. Blatantly violating India's Schedule V which prevents occupation of tribal lands. The indigenous maoists in the region have been at war with India for more than 50 years over it. Not good

We had our entire building be bought by one of these REITS mega corps. This one owns nearly 50k apartment buildings in Canada. Terrible. There needs to be regulation on how many buildings these entities can own or something.
