In November, I used AI chat tools for nearly 8 hours. I use Rize.io for tracking this. That is not including Gemini, which is embedded in Docs, Gmail, Sheets, and also not including Midjourney and RunwayML, which I used a lot in November. These 8 hours are #ChatGPT and #Claude only.
