There was Sabol too. That was bad. Do you think he might have been better at first base?

I definitely agree. They used openers way too much, as well as playing too many players out of position. This idea that they're all interchangeable pieces was crazy. Then when they didn't perform, they went on the s - - - list. We can definitely leave that thinking behind.

It's time for Senate and House Republicans to grow a spine and start standing up against these policies that clearly hurt their constituents. Iowans should let their representatives know none of this is ok.

While Trump’s actions are literally killing people, the Dem playbook is to “tune out the noise & focus on economic issues.” My 2-part question is:
1. What the fuck?
2. What can Dems do to act like a real opposition party and proactively challenge, obstruct, & make Trump/Musk/GOP own every screw up?

Agreed that it's a salary dump, but if they were going to get a player in return then why not a hitter. Aside from Eldridge, I'm not hearing about any great hitters coming up through the system. Oh, except for Tibbs too.

FanGraphs categorizes him as a reliever, but that's all I know.

Does removing his salary also pave the way for perhaps another veteran player, either through free-agency or trade?

That's disappointing. One would think you would be needed more now than ever.

They need votes for now. Maybe 2026 midterms and that’s it.

Combine that with being a white supremacist and Russian asset.
