We were running early today, so we made a stop at #WinchesterCathedral en route to the port at Southampton. As a history geek, I found it a thrill. In addition to being the resting place of ancient kings including Cnut & Aethelred the Unready, it's where author Jane Austen is interred. #janeaustin

Tariffs in real life: I’ve posted before about shoes & foot comfort (if shoes hurt my feet, I won’t wear them). One favorite shoe source is Another Sole, which uses soft materials & makes shoes designed to ease foot pain. I received this email today. 75 percent of shoes are made in China.

PayPal again denied my case against StubHub. My tickets were marked “invalid” & downloaded by an individual I’ve never heard of, per Ticketmaster. Apparently tickets that are unusable are considered “materially similar” to usable tickets. I’m furious. #stubhub #paypal @stubhub.bsky.social

Avoid @stubhub.bsky.social at all costs. They ripped me off for 4 Bob Dylan tickets (tickets marked “invalid” and downloaded by a stranger) but refuse to assist. #Paypal has also been useless. There is a whole FB group (StubHub Ripped Me Off) with similar horror stories. #StubHub is a scam. Beware.
