What is being below my window of tolerance? What is Hypoarousal? Or Deactivation? Or going into the dorsal vagal state? What does all this lingo mean? And, what are the signs and symptoms of this happening? Is it good? Is it bad?

What is being above my window of tolerance? What is Hyperarousal? Or Activation? Or going into the sympathetic state? What does all this lingo mean? And, what are the signs and symptoms of this happening? Is it good? Is it bad?

After weeks of a coordinated shock and awe campaign by the federal government, many of us feel *very* outside our Window of Tolerance. But what does that even mean? What is our Window of Tolerance? Here I explain it.

Thank you to all the Federal workers, this week, that have been obstinately protective of democracy, intentionally obstructive towards these goons and found ways to turn bureaucratic inefficiency into an effective tool for rebellion against evil. ❤️

I have so much empathy for all of the government workers I know. Speaking to friends that are in different arms of the Feds this week, I hear terror, despondence, anxiety, anger and *resistance* in their voices. ❤️

Feeling overwhelmed and shutdown from the polycrisis of this moment? Wanting to get off your phone and on to the next part of your day or *showing up for the resistance*? This quick exercise, Following the Urge, will help!

Yooooo! Chicago, I just had to bear crawl up my steps, that black ice is no joke! Be careful in the morning.

Some quick somatic education to find out where we are going within, to find the anger we are going to be working with. We’re going to our 6th sense, the interceptive space. (2/5 videos for somatically processing anger)

Hi! Today I’m sharing some videos for somatically processing through and discharging anger. Many of us are holding lots of anger right now. When working with anger in times like these…(1/5 videos for somatically processing anger).
