Yoga 🧘‍♀️ from 18th Oct- 1st Dec. I’m satisfied with this progress, first stage fat on belly disappeared so obviously and second stage the fat on the back, under the arm is disappearing. Also my skin and mental stability. My waist got slimmer from 7cm from 83-76. #healthy #yoga
