One thing Dems can do: Hire Pete Buttigieg as communications director. Have him do daily news conferences and daily news appearances. First, he's already shown he can handle the Fox idiots. Second, he's really good at putting messages into language people understand and respond to

I agree! I was thoroughly enjoying Threads until Zuck said he was making all of those Trump-friendly changes so I left immediately. I miss having a place to just chat with everyday people about everyday things and shared experiences.

The right-wing media unfortunately did a much more effective job at communicating their message (albeit lies) than Democrats did. We have got to reach a broader audience in future elections and find ways to change minds, not just "preach to the choir".
