Our founding fathers expected changes to the constitution and made a plan for it. It's our only peaceful path to a restoration.
All other options either include violence or leave us in a fractured state.

It seems like I remember (from a lifetime of a couple of weeks ago) that they cut state funding for natural disasters. So I guess the extra lives lost and expenses aren’t a concern?
