thinking about how to avoid querying the DB for stuff we know doesn't exist and is very sparse i.e. blocks, labels on posts/profiles, etc. when hydrating a timeline, <0.5% of the actors that need hydrating either block you or are blocked by you, what if we could avoid making those DB queries?
