OH FINAL TIP!! try body doubling! its aa strategy for adhd folks where you work in the same space as a friend or peer. a lot of people find that just the presence of another person while they work is enough to hold them accountable. i do this all the time in vc.

practice self care. Its easier to work when you have a space that makes you feel good. I like a clean space and a clean body. have water at your desk!!

i try to keep social media apps off my phone. i dont use twitter, no instagram, even youtube isnt on my phone. The less time i spend doomscrolling, the better my mental health is and the more time i spend doing fun and healthy things like playing games, talking to friends and working.

I keep my charger and computer on the other side of the room at my desk. when i wake up in the morning, im forced to grab my phone and acknowledge my work station which helps
me get into the habit of sitting at my desk. this in turn is useful for the bed > work transition

My brain has an incredibly difficult time switching tasks. so when working on pages, i'll group my daily tasks into categories. instead of doing 1 whole page a day, i'll do pencils for pages 3,4,and 5 in a day and inks the next day. same workload, less energy spent adapting to new tasks

1) PLAN YOUR SHIT!!!
Having a schedule and an established workflow is so important. as a neurodivergent person its also important to use strategies to maintain momentum like doing only one type of task to keep your brain in one mode and not using the extra energy required to shift modes.
