O seu argumento é completamente compreensível, mas ele está errado na premissa.
O fato é que a Uber criou uma ficção de que ele é só um "mediador" entre o motorista e o passageiro.
O motorista não é um "caroneiro".
Ele é um prestador de serviço, seja como funcionário da Uber (como deveria ser(...)
