I keep thinking that they’re doing all of this by group chat b/c some of the team goes to MAL every weekend for fundraisers & isn’t in DC to meet. But also, they’re doing all this w/o POTUS b/c he’s only interested in grifting & tweeting. I don’t think we even have a president right now.

As a journalist who spent the last 22 years married to a Green Beret, and both of us catching so much shit about how I was going to “leak secrets”, it’s slightly satisfying—but also TERRIFYING— that the only person in that chat practicing OPSEC was the JOURNALIST.
