If I were to give you one piece of advice: focus on your own healing and recovery. You will be stronger for what comes next. Your healing will be an example to those who need to follow your way out of there. That is how you change minds—from a place of healing.

Many of us have been through this. Find a community like Strongwilled. Books like Holy Hurt, podcasts, etc. they all help.
You are not alone. It is a hard road, but many are walking it alongside you.
