The world's major oil supertanker ports will be underwater by as early as 2070. We all know Big Oil won't have any plan to decommission and clean them up before all the toxic chemicals are swept into our oceans. We need to tax them 𝙣𝙤𝙬 to pay for it, and start work ASAP.
