Annual wages £15m Rashford £15m Casemiro £10m Shaw £9m Lindelof £9m Eriksen £8m Antony £2.5m Evans £2.5m Malacia All very likely to go so a saving of £71m before factoring in transfer fees for Rashford £40m Antony £25m (As most likely sales) So £136m without thinking

We ain’t City/CFC We can’t make ££ out of thin air, contracts of 10 yrs or make up deals to fudge account Utd owe 300m in transfer fees,+ trying to get the wage bill down + losing 100m a year £5m now for a player that was never going to stay, is £5m we haven’t got for summer.

It’s great, fantastic wall to wall coverage, with experts.

A niche sport in the UK, thriving and growing in Europe, no surprise that’s where the broadcasters will focus.

I’m sure it’ll be a balanced piece covering all angles

Yep definitely sounds hyperbolic

Di Marzio & Fabrizio saying deal agreed at €30 + €7.5m add ons

And your 1st two sentences show why it’s not even close to being sustainable in a niche market

Deal done for Dorgu at £31.5m

I think you’ll find the more popular sports have been subsiding the niche sports.

Why don’t you do a piece on how, who and why the sport we love is funded & who distributes what to whom. Provide some balance

Some mythical entity where some clubs can spend what they want, some clubs literally make deals up and Manchester Utd continue to get monumentally screwed by their own players and other clubs alike.

Neither of our current options are good enough, neither would have been even 3rd choice in a SAF team. The forward Amorim wants isn’t available until the summer. We’ll have to make do until then.

They’ll be nothing tricky about it at all. Easy win for Fulham
comment in response to post
Not even close. Giggs streets ahead. Who and wherever you’ve heard that from clearly hasn’t got a clue. Clearly trying to make Garnacho something he isn’t and won’t be close to
comment in response to post
Thought the €30m has already been turned down
comment in response to post
The CF we want isn’t available now, so why would we waste money we haven’t got on someone else. Both the CFs we have play (for Utd) in a totally different way than they did for their previous teams, (and that’s even before we get to their lack of quality) square pegs, round holes
comment in response to post
How do you propose we improve the squad then with no money
comment in response to post
The LB/LWB is the position we need the most and is most attainable this window. The forward we want has already said he won’t move in the Jan window plus we’ll have to offload either Zirkzee or Hojlund

It’s even worse than you think, add in Omar’s response back to the 1958 and we’re in deep deep shite

They’re under investigation over cooking their books x115

Rangers record in EL is very good, they will relish coming to OT, this will be absolute chaos, said it a 1000x times and it’s a joke it needs saying, at a bare minimum we have to match their passion.

We’ll have to if we want to back Amorim
comment in response to post
Also (not that I want Dorgu), but a player that better suits the system will add more balance and work harder over what has been a fringe player who won’t fit. Also I look at it has the Garnacho fee is pretty much the majority of the Gyökeres fee
comment in response to post
We also gave next to no saleable assets, so to even start a rebuild we have to generate money from somewhere
comment in response to post
Agree on Dorgu, does seem over valued. We have to change mindset, we aren’t what we were & can’t force other clubs, we aren’t the pull we used to be for players either. For a player with discipline issue, has failed to convince, won’t ever fit or work hard in Amorims system, £60m is great money
comment in response to post
Yeah because doing exactly the same thing as every previous manager was definitely the way forward.
comment in response to post
We also don’t have the luxury of pulling money out of thin air like CFC and MCFC do, we actually have to abide by PSR.

Mason had played 5x the internationals that Garnacho had, Mason hadn’t been pulled up by 2 managers on attitude. 100 games haven’t been at top level, he’s played 100+ games very inconsistently. Mason was 2x player of the year, be amazed if Garnacho was 2 x player of the game.

Sky sports coverage of anything is cringe.
comment in response to post
Mason was an established player and 2x player of the year for CFC. And at that time without the injuries £60m for potential is very good money. Remember we only paid £35 for Amad.

Erm let’s have a look shall we……

I’m a facts person, so opinions rarely matter, opinions are like arseholes, most of them shitty, plus facts don’t lie, like the table doesn’t lie and that’s without any of the other supporting information. Get attached to fringe assets and we’ll just get more of the last 12 years of disaster
