Oh, I just love alliteration in names, LOL. He was also introduced with Peter Purcell (Pepper) as part of a set of childhood friend foils for Vell and Jun, so I wanted to make sure their names had symmetry. Their surnames also have the "ell" in Vell's name just to scratch an itch in my brain.
