True! I saw someone collect a "dex" where they try to get one of every Pokémon, I think that can be a fun challenge. Without the whole "value for money" thing. But it really brings me back to when I was a kid.

I also like the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai and Kaizen. Those are two philosophies I try to live by as well.
Ikigai: Life purpose doing something that you love, you're good at, you can get paid for and is good for the world.
Kaizen: Trying to grow and get better every day.

That's true. Monetization is still necessary to sustain the creation process and that's not a bad thing. You can create something useful and still get a reward for it. I feel like that's only fair.

Exactly! I am a firm believer that if you make things that are actually useful, worthwhile or beneficial that'll provide more fruitful soil than going in there with the intent to make as many gold pieces as possible.

I get that the former is the way the current economy is structured, but it is gonna bite all of us in the butt if we don't make things for our own collective good.
I see life as a co-op not as a competition.
