In the before times some of us used a AAA membership to get what were called trip-tiks for big cross country trips. AAA would put together a binder with directions and places to stop for food/gas/lodging for a small fee. Very helpful stuff pre internet

Yup. Iirc you're from rural western Colorado. I live in Mesa county and the ranchers here and throughout the desert SW and mountain West are the biggest moochers. Throw in alfalfa going to KSA and we could do a lot better.
