Lol, this bunch of incompetent losers won’t see this country limp
past 2026, this isn’t gonna go how they think it is.

Love is the only thing that can defeat hate. Hate can only give way to more hate. You just as well throw gasoline onto a fire. I dealt with this nasty MAGA with love, and it stopped him in his tracks. I don’t think he even knew love is an option. We can win their hearts. I’m in blue, he’s in red.

Musk’s involvement is conjuring up memories of being controlled by coal kings, which led to a lot of armed uprisings. The Mining Wars weren’t that long ago. Old timers are getting the young fired up with tales of rebellion. This is all going to bite Trump in the ass.

People in West Virginia are starting to sour on him, quickly. Even the crazy militia types. Per capita, WV receives around $10,000 per person in Federal funds per year. Cuts are leaving families without a net. The feeling is one of betrayal; the last thing Trump wants are pissed off Mountaineers.

At some point, we need total silence over social media. Make then wonder. Be like a wolf.

Which is the goal. “The hasty stroke oft goes astray.” I feel it too, it’s a darkness that has permeated and saturated every thinking, feeling American. We must be patient, and we must unite in the meantime and strengthen our bonds. There is power in coming together.

Agreed. Right now, red states are hurting the most from these cuts. Let that pain sink in and give those who have been thrown out - the most competent of the CIA, FBI, Intelligence agencies, and military - time to organize. We need to organize in the meantime, locally and silently.

Listen, if you think Democrats are
going to be the last line here, you’re as deluded as MAGA. Who’s going to bring him down are those he has alienated in the Federal workforce and his voters that’ve had their funding cut.

Keep pushing the town halls. Strike while the iron’s hot. I’m in deep MAGA country, and even the crazy militia dudes here are starting to question Musk’s intrusion. Lots of those dudes have families who get federal assistance. The discontent is palpable.

Let him think that. Overconfidence is an effective and easily exploited vulnerability.

As it turns out, DEI was the only thing holding the entire system together.

Don’t forget to blame Democrats & DEI. Gotta have a scapegoat.

Cute. We are FAR past “Democrat” & “Republican,” jordie. You stay safe & secure with your labels & categories & marches and cosplay democracy. We’re at full on survival mode; good luck with that.

You are the one avoiding accountability. Go ahead: support your position.

No, the burden of proof is yours. You are defending a position,
so defend it. I’ll tell you what we
should do & why, but you have
to at least prove that hitting the
streets is the best option & why.

Before I answer, tell me what you think hitting the streets is going to accomplish.

Clearly, you didn’t a read a word of the history you are ignorantly advising me to learn.

You should heed your own advice. I suspect that you’re a shill for Trump or Putin to foment further destabilization. If not, you’re an ignorant, idealistic reactionary.

Yeah, that worked out great for the KPD when they confronted Hitler’s Brownshirts in the streets. We CANNOT let him use our momentum against us.

Hitting the streets needs to be viewed with caution as well. Trump’s destabilizing in the hopes that we hit the streets; his pardoning of the Proud Boys leadership isn’t random. The goal is to foment a riot, invoke the Insurrection Act & impose martial law, hence Hegseth’s DoD appointment.

Montesquieu was a synthesizer & a pillar, not an originator or sole authority. Locke’s natural rights theory, Cicero’s Roman republicanism, Machiavelli’s civic virtue, Paine, Kant, - as well as Sidney and Harrington’s English republican ideas - all contributed.

Franklin, a key voice at the Constitutional Convention, championed compromise and warned against executive power becoming monarchy. Franklin’s Albany Plan (1754) was an early model for colonial unity and federalism, influencing the later structure of government. Lots of oversimplification, bud.

Jefferson, though absent from the Convention, shaped the Bill of Rights. Madison initially opposed a Bill of Rights, but political pressure and Jefferson’s advocacy led to its adoption. He adapted, not dictated. /Thread

Adams’ Thoughts on Government (1776) influenced state constitutions and introduced checks and balances before Madison’s work. Hamilton’s contribution to the Federalist Papers & Convention debates shaped executive power and the judiciary. /Thread

James Madison was crucial to the U.S. Constitution, but he was not its sole architect. The framework was shaped by multiple Founders. John Adams, Alexander Hamilton, and Thomas Jefferson also played key roles. Their influences extended beyond Madison’s contributions. /Thread

If you’re going to trace the cord back to the wall, Aristotle, Plato, Polybius, and Cicero provided the framework Montesquieu built on.

The GOP was all over social media in my VERY red state trying to calm fears & concerns. He gutted the Infrastructure Act, which is THE lifeblood of the MAGA workforce here. These roads can’t sustain the maintenance required to support the oil & gas industry’s drilling & shipping…1/2

One good thing is the reaction from red states today. These cuts hit them HARD; most federal aid goes to them. The GOP was all over social media in my VERY red state trying to calm fears & concerns. He gutted the Infrastructure Act, which is THE lifeblood of the MAGA workforce here… 1/2

Agreed, today hit red states HARD. They get the bulk of federal aid. He’s trying to destabilize & get us ALL out into the streets, cause chaos, and seize control. His pardon on jan 6 & Proud Boy leadership wasn’t without intent. We can’t take the bait & fall into a trap.

Some of the cuts today hit red states hard; they receive the bulk of federal aid. He’s gonna lose them too, & they’ll be fighting mad at that sense of betrayal. The best thing is to stay calm & avoid falling into a trap.

What concerns me is that is part of their plan. They expected “antifa” to show up onJan. 6 to confront Trump’s mob & invoke the Insurrection Act & declare martial law. They had to pivot to plan B. There’s a reason he pardoned & met with Proud Boys & their leadership. It’s a trap.
