We need a separate HOF just to navigate the WR situation. It’s the only position that the standards are immense 😂

Back when Washington was still a bad franchise. If he got good support I think he’s an instant starter

I remember I thought Lisa Leslie was cool when she was in Backyard Basketball (you had to be there). But it never got me to watch the sport. Very curious how this evolves this year, and how mainstream it becomes. They have a real title contender so playoffs will matter.

I’ll be watching WNBA this year, and I got pulled in last year. The league actually has really good storylines. Growing up within an hour of UConn I always respected the game, but can’t say I’ve really ever watched.

Heck yeah

The second half of 2019 + his playoff run where he single handily destroyed the Ravens in the second round (195 yards on 30 carries) was the greatest RB performance of the last 15 years.

Yes, a troll account with 12 followers got the attention of literally 100,000 views because people were giddy to show Lamar is being disrespected. Nobody actually believes 30 year old Derrick Henry is more important than Lamar. Just like nobody believes Lamar is underrated.

Yes, all Lamar arguments saying he’s “underrated” or not respected…whatever …are clear bad faith. He’s a two time MVP. He is a 3 time all pro. He’s a 99 in Madden. He is across the board viewed as a top QB 😂 All these arguments expired years ago and you guys are still going.

I’d argue 2019 was better than this year as well. Age 25 and age 26 Derrick Henry carrying those Titans offenses were two of the most impressive RB seasons in NFL history. Efficiency per touch and rate stats don’t account for handling immense volume. You probably think Eddie George sucked

You’re engaging in a bunch of bad faith arguments to prop up Lamar, full knowing these debates have nothing to do with the current season. This has nothing to do with Derrick Henry. This goes all the way back to his prospect days and early. That’s the core of all of this. Times in Baltimore.

All you did was post a bunch of stats that you’ve done no actual research on and are parroting from someone you think is smart. You’ve done no deep dives into which of those stats have stickiness. RB stats are notorious for being unsticky.

My day job is talking football my friend 😂

This is literally a burner account for someone who’s trying to prop up Lamar Jackson’s MVP candidacy. Silly. He doesn’t need your meaningless posts that get zero reaction (other than me right now)

I also see you out here caping up for Amari cooper. Why didn’t you post any advanced data or rate stats on his 2024 season when saying he was better than Zay Flowers?

Damn, you got me. I just looked at your profile replies and realized you’re a troll account. Respect where it’s due, you got me

Lamar has been one of the best QBs in the league for four years now, that’s why these hilarious arguments about him bother me. This all stems from his draft evaluation where many hated on his QB ability and said he should switch to WR. All these “new debates” are all veiled on that base.

The only people denying Lamar at this point are those that had him as a WR coming out of Louisville 😂. The war on Lamar is long over, yet the people who won the war feel the need to continue dunking

He had 40 touchdowns in 2020 and a 7.9 YPA, just to be clear

“This isn’t fantasy football” - care to elaborate on what this adds to the conversation?

His best season was in 2020, and he made Ryan Tannehill one of the best QBs in the league.

This is not Henry’s career year. He had 2141 yards 5.4 yards per carry in 2020, while making Ryan Tannehill one of the most efficient QBs in the league. This is a mutually beneficial relationship.

Derrick Henry had 2141 yards on 5.4 per carry with Ryan Tannehill as his QB in 2020, and made him one of the best play-action QBs in the league. Lamar and Henry have a mutually beneficial relationship on the field.

I am flabbergasted why anyone is debating who is more valuable on that offense. They both awesome and it’s super fun to watch 😂

Instead, we’ve just rewound the clock and people are debating an RBs offensive impact like those debates didn’t get beat into the ground in 2017/2018.
