My first reaction is that it looks like someone dancing. Then there's the extra swirls and movement of colors that looks like #adhd. To my ND brain anyways.

I don't see a benefit to publishing an article that talks about one kid. It seems rather click-batey given how RFK, Jr has been in the news. His whole vaccines cause autism arguments has put autism into the forefront in the news.

I don't sing to her. Trust me, it's for everyone's benefit. I do, however, engage in back and forth conversations. Me: How was your day? Arlana: Meow Me: So how did that go? Arlana: Meow. Me: She did what? Arlana: Meoooow. Me: So then what did you do? Arlana: **sighs**

Based on the rigorous study of (checks notes) one child.

I did have trouble with agitation. I reduced the time from 30 minutes to 15 or 20 or would skip a day. The articles I read said 10,000 lumens was ideal. My light had three settings for "color" blue, sort of tan, or white. I haven't used it since early January when daylight got back to 9.5 hours

I was absolutely stunned when I found out there are people who have no internal monolog. No constant stream of thoughts. And for me, it's an internal dialogue with music, advertisements, and coming attractions. How do people live like that?

Western NY here. I got myself a light therapy light because December is such a slog through depression. It actually helped. Twenty to thirty minutes a day while drinking my morning coffee. Now, I'm never going to recommend people spend time in my brain, but it is another tool.

I have #OCD and ADD. I use this technique to slow myself down. Sometimes, I know I was about to check to see if the door was locked, but the ADD runs in and I'm back in my bedroom wondering if I checked the lock. Then I slow myself down and go and look and tell myself "The door is locked."

Sometimes, I get down about not being able to do things outside of basic survival. Insulin dependent diabetic with an immunity disorder and multiple mental health challenges. No car and live by myself. (ADHD moment...My cat just sat on me and is purring, so I'm enjoying this time.)

In my brain that I need to stand up and get started.

and do something else then I am making a trade off on my list. Sometimes I write down what I worked on during the day so I can see I was productive. As much as it stinks standing up and getting started, there is the reward of not feeling like I am just wasting time and it stops the yelling

I have a To Do white board which is for today's top priorities. I also have a check list for things I do on a daily basis. I stop myself when I'm in the bedroom putting away socks, to remind myself I was washing the dishes and this ain't that. I acknowledge the reality that if I go off

Personally, I do eventually break down with a "Will you please stop looking at me like that!"

Time to talk to your cat about too much 'nip can have side effects. ๐Ÿ˜ป

But, what is she thinking?

I just realized a few years ago that I see those connections. I also see three dimensions very well and can jury rig a solution where others can't. Where others may say let's do "G" we are the ones who say "Okay, here's A, B, C, E, and F."

I've used the #adhd and have found my peeps. I am not on the spectrum so I don't use the autism hashtag, but do check in because of overlap with symptoms. Neurodivergent is just too long for me to type. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

She's standoffish but sweet. She was living outside eating out of a dumpster with 5 kittens. It's been over 3 yrs and she's finally making a habit of sitting on me. She was probably only 8 months old when she got pregnant. It sounds like you might have a case of Tortitude on your hands

Can you quote skeet yourself when adding information? Or can 10,000 of our ADD/ADHD friends march on Bluesky headquarters to have a sit-in until they program an edit function?

The folks who develop and manufacture these medications are going to be pissed. Putting a wacko in charge of HHS sure makes for strange bedfellows.

If these were taken away, my days would be beyond horrible. It would be a non-livable life. I'm hoping there are enough people who are on SSRIs or have loved ones who are who will slow down his actions. But you know who else is on our side? The AMA and the APA. Oh yeah, one more. Big pharma. ๐Ÿงต

Cats watching birbs on TV may actually end up being bad for the TV. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

1. There have been very few times I've cried when I've heard about celebrities dying. Jim Henson was one of them. Watching Sesame Street and the Muppet Show helped me develop creativity. 2. We all need to have those friends we really shouldn't sit next to at serious events.

I had a black cat named Xena, Warrior Kitten. I nicknamed her Stealth Cat. I would sit on the couch to watch TV. Twenty minutes later, I would notice she was on my lap and I was petting her. Wouldn't know when she jumped up and sat on me. Stealth cat!

My cat has mixed pads, too. Where her fur is brown, the pads are black. Where the fur is tan, pink beans.

I think it still may help prevent some cancers. I would weigh that along with the cat's overall health. Thank you for fostering.

Mitch practiced party above country. I, too, believe he got us to this place. He and Kevin McCarthy could have shown Trump the door after Jan. 6, 2021.

Box castles, you say? In the foreground is the second-hand llama kitty condo given to me by a neighbor. In the background is the two tiered box condo. My constructions are far from castles, I call it a "white trash kitty condo." Visible inside the llama is a tan marking on my cat's left ear.

I would normally go to the CDC website to check on mask efficacy, but who knows what crap is on there now.
