i think my production got a lot better when i stopped thinking too hard about what i thought i was supposed to do and started just listening and twiddling knobs this is probably glossing over the value of the thinky phase but really listening is very powerful

i think the more the grifters get into actual real-world services like Trump Mobile the better. their loyalty-based hiring policies mean the service will be garbage, and the customers will either develop a hate for it or get shitty service. it's a win-win for the rest of us.
