Setting up a roving tabindex for keyboard navigation in a React app is so unbelievably frustrating. All of the HTML is right there but you can't trust it and have to track so much extra junk in JavaScript! Accessibility is already hard but React makes it so much harder.

I really wish service workers could access a native HTML parser API like `DOMParser`. I understand that DOMParser isn't designed to be used outside of a document environment, but I hate pulling in a 3rd party library for something that the browser could do much more efficiently.
