The Elaine and Drew scenes in #EastEnders tonight did everything to my heart. Reminded me of some early draft conversations I wrote in 'Arthur and Teddy' featuring Madeleine. She had all the strength of Elaine so watching Harriet Thorpe play those scenes out felt lovely.
