The "moderate" Arab states want them to attack Iran.

They can simply quit.

Looking at the vertical purple line in 2020, probably a layoff chart.

Thanks again for harping on gold the last few years. Made it 10% of my little portfolio a year and a half ago because of you.

Non ironically, this. Would rather be able to limp it home than be stranded somewhere.

If wsj opinion section is coming after a republican idea, it's bad.

Dems aren't going to win national elections until we can show we can run states efficiently.

Have you heard of getting water in your nose? May as well water board me at that point.

They aren't playing this time. Also read an article about companies thinking about moving electric motor manufacturing to China to get around the rare earth export restrictions. www.wsj.com/world/china/...

It's not Reaganomics. It's simply realizing how markets work. I vote Dem, but they are awful on housing. The bluest states in the nation are seeing the highest population losses. The Republicans are simply better on this issue.
comment in response to post
Yes. Use carrots instead of sticks. A major factor in the population decline of solid blue states is the over regulation of housing.

Anti free market regulations lead to incentives to neglect repairs. A proper market with adequate supply would lead to owners having to compete for renters.

He's right. I don't know if there is a birth year you could be born in and see more technological change. From horse as primary transportation to landing on the moon.

The horrifying story would have been someone having an emergency and an ambulance being unavailable because it was being used for routine hospital to home transport.

If Jesus were alive, he would be in there flipping tables and telling everyone to just invest in low cost index funds.

That's the kind of picture you see before the 10 minute story you have to scroll thru before you get to the recipe.

Michael Gayed's roro fund is at 66/33 right now. I check in on it from time to time for laughs. (But I like this idea and am going to convert some tlt into zroz today)

Able bodied group of males. Consider about half of ALL males in their 20s don't even have a pcp.
comment in response to post
Young able bodied men aren't on Medicaid, they barely even need healthcare.

Graham is fine. My son wanted the RB, I told him no way the Browns take a RB at 5.

Browns fan here. Happy with this trade. Their window is closed next few years, ok to stock up future picks.

The taxis will have a human remotely operating them through terminals like this until full autonomy is ready.
comment in response to post
As a Browns fan, I was feeling really down about how bad the franchise has been run the last few years. Thanks for this story. I feel a lot better now.

Here, as in today? Of course. (I bought some Thursday)

The Chinese tolerated 10s of millions dying to famine. Seems foolish to play a game of chicken with them over who can suffer the most economic misery before breaking.
comment in response to post
Idk, depends. Stimulus and QE weren't particularly inflationary during the 2010s.

J.Wang opinion is tariffs are an initial price spike but not followed by more price increases. People stop buying things.

Losing 10% vs losing another 10% and realizing it isn't as much due to the previous draw down.
