Doctor and medical scientist here. My quality project at the VA, planned for a year, was a virtual telemedicine clinic for *all* vets, but because it included services for specific minorities, it was killed by this regime after they took power.

What I have come to see most clearly is that democracy doesnāt die in darkness. It withers on the vine under a hot sun next to an aquifer where indifference prevents the vine from being watered.
I grew up in a bungalow in a suburb of Detroit where everybody went to public school,
