The game honestly plays FINE, except when it wants something out of the player.
(I also apparently glitched the judging system that it wouldn't give me any higher than 4.0 despite doubling the high score on the stage.)

If a small event, you can have them use/set their own but imo keep consistent/default unless specific motor-related needs.
Personally: I had two PS2-likes + older arcade sticks cover most emulation. I've never had anyone legit complain about controllers. They likely exist, but they just won't play.

Depending what you're having them play on (real hardware vs emulation), I say either a default controller or a PS2-like (e.g 8BitDo) controller across the board.
Most folks at this time have had experience with the latter or something close, and fits a majority of hands + games.

Ground down the lime leaves into dust and filtered it for a fine powder to cook in the coconut milk. The flavor came out great, aromatic, and a little sweet even.
Toasted the cashews as well with spices and aromatics.
