I just deleted my Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger accounts. I gave my "Friends" a month to Private Message me with their Phone #'s to keep in touch. Only one got back to me, and he lives in Illinois while I live in NY. None of my NY "friends" responded.

Sitting at Costco eating my $2 lunch while a person at the next table is ranting about higher ed & how professors are super pretentious & highbrow. They also suggested professors are rich. So tempted to tell them.

The way he went about it was indeed wrong. However, how many Americans have died because insurance carriers denied medical claims. His mother suffers because of UnitedHealth. Wouldn't you do the same if you didn't know the process? If I was a juror, not guilty. www.newsweek.com/luigi-mangio...

Six decades later, Star Trek may still be the only franchise based on the ideas that diversity is strength, justice is the measure of civilization, bounty is to be shared, peace is worth the price, and all these things can be achieved. We need more shows that look ahead and find goodness.
