Aldi & Lidl pay their staff more than Tesco, Sainsbury etc. I haven’t heard of any redundancies there due to the NI increase. I’ve heard it’s about £900 an employee. It’s a lot but not if you’re a well run business who values your employees. It pays to keep them healthy and safe
