I love snow fall. Big January snow that quiets cityscapes, slows minds, engulfs hearts. During today’s event, we gave out over 2,000 books to families and teachers who lost their libraries in the Los Angeles wildfires. We were able to spend $1700 to buy a portion of those books from a local indie bookstore. The remaining new and like new books were donated by the bookish community. 📚❤️‍🩹
