Right?? What's hilarious is I used to 90% of the time stick with tea or soda for caffeine, but the past few years I got into the bad habit of it. Husband and I thought the health benefits would outweigh the negatives😅)

Crazy timing...I just came off last week cutting coffee out my morning routine (I'd only have 2 cups). Instead, tea or occasional afternoon soda.
Seems like the coffee would make me *more* tired (since it blocks certain hormones) plus the usual issue of it being bad if you have anxiety disorders😅
