Velocicoaster and Stardust Racers are huge bucket list coasters for sure! Plus, I ended up really liking both Asian Universal parks I've done so far.
Agreed on the road trip thing, except I'd probably go for more like Ohio/midwest to tick off Cedar Point, The Voyage, etc.

Spot on - I haven't been to the US since 2015, and haven't done Florida since I was like 7 lol. I definitely want to redo Florida once Epic is open... but being a non-driver atm makes visiting most of the main US parks quite tricky/way more expensive.
