Once used to store sacred texts of both Elodie and Setanta, and the fine wine that the isle of Delos is so proud to export. This basement has now been left ransacked and filled with the ancient occult rituals of Adonian old gods.

The city is structured in large districts, each being separated by walls. The coastline is mostly chalk cliffs, roughly 50 feet tall across the shoreline. This makes it incredibly difficult to scale, with another 30 feet of imported granite walls sitting on top of the cliffs.

Clulism props up society as one large army. Each unit of a society must work in tandem to one another. It encourages individuals to function as a unit. There is an emphasis on people working as parts and as a whole. Common goals among society are encouraged.

The city of walls is a heavily militant state. As is most of Setanta. There is a state mandated religion of Clulism, a militant text that mandates able bodied boys and girls to serve in the military from the human ages of maturity from 16-18.
