You can make your own brushes in Blender when you paint. Or find many out there. There's also millions more materials to work with.
Combine it with a shader workflow, and you're a god.
Need the textures exported? Bake the materials and export.
May not be as good as substance, but hear me out.

What do you mean by weirdly snapping? Vnyan does work without admin mode. (At least not for me)

Vnyan does the tracking. You don't need VeeSeeFace for it. Make sure to launch with admin privileges. And make sure nothing else is using your webcam.
