Justin Cook's last name was fitting on that one IYKWIM. =P
Also I just learned the other day that:
1. Linda Young is still with us (which is great! I just for some reason had in my head she passed which is why Frieza was recast), and
2. John Burgmeier is her son. Blew my mind!

Also Balatro is I think $20 full price, but I could easily see it going on sale and honestly if you thought you'd enjoy it I'd totally hook you up. :3

Despite being painfully white, I'm pretty freaking good at rapping. Not original songs, but it was always hysterical seeing all the white boomers at sporting events look at me all ποΈπποΈwhen I decided to rap along with whatever was bumping in the stadium.

I'm a #ttrpgcreator, disability advocate, nerd, lover of pretty much all animals, and Mothman is pretty rad! A few days ago I was feeling really discouraged about the podcast, and after ONE FREAKING DAY on Bsky, I feel hope again. :3

By the way, you may appreciate this, there's a moment in Season 2 wherein the party literally turned to a Drag Name Generator for aliases on a stealth mission. I've never been prouder as a DM. π I believe it was @mallendamelon.bsky.social who got that train started?

Posting from my personal account now, but the biggest yes possible. Also, I reported an account with a literal...bad symbol PFP, and god did it feel good, because that shit isn't gonna fly here.

Well I'm in a way better mood so that's not a bad start. Not sure why, but I'm riding the wave!

Like, even politics and whatnot aside (which it absolutely isn't), the algorithm and the UI have gotten soooooo much worse. THE UI FFS. WHICH WAS GENUINELY GOOD. But ~lEoN~ had to bork that, too.

Well yeah and that's kinda the part I'm working on, is doing the organic work of cultivating my feed. It's gonna suck less that way, but requires more work!
Which come to think of it is pretty much LifeOnEarth.txt, huh?

I'm gonna endeavor to do exactly that but I'm kinda overwhelmed (in a good way, mostly!) with learning the ins and outs of this rad space and how it differs from The Other Place. :)

It is genuinely appalling how bad Twitter has gotten how quickly. My brain has trouble fathoming it.

As someone who spent two years playing a half-orc Barbarian (and I pray to play him again someday), my boy Thrugg would clap your Barb on the back and likely say "Condolences, but hey, you might be gaining a brother, brother." (He calls everyone brother regardless of gender, btw.) :)

Had one of my anxiety-induced insomnia nights last night which was useful for exactly the length of editing one podcast episode, and now I'm in work meetings trying to distract myself with the less existential (kinda) battle that is disability advocacy. Life.

I've been DMing a campaign on a podcast for like, two years (and was a player two years before that) and like, it still doesn't hit me that my players are probably genuinely invested in a story I created. It's wild. And my D&D pals, whom I found thanks to quarantine, are prob my best friends. :)

I don't currently do it for anything other than the love of the game, but I'm a cast member and I'm gonna say producer (since I edit and post everything) of a D&D Actual Play podcast, if that counts! For those who are into that kinda thing, link in my bio or at @noluckpod.bsky.social!

Nope! S1 chronologically occurs AFTER S2. :)

So, you can absolutely start in S2 and not really lose anything major, but as S2 DM I'm actively trying to add easter eggs and connective threads to the first campaign (S2 is a prequel, but I can't say much more yet without spoilers! Oooh fun!)
We're also @NoLuckPod on the other place.
