Lots of progress on my RPM song today with horn section complete and finished the last guitar solo. Just got backing vocals and mix to do to finish it off. Almost certainly the best thing I've ever written. Hoping for a snow day Monday to get it done.

I recently had to change my password. Because my Mac doesn't update things properly for SSO - prob cos I work from home, I now have a 1yr old password to boot up, a 6mth old password to log into the domain a/c, and the new password for everything else. Way to go Apple. 👍 I got TSO (Triple Sign On)

My little beagle was attacked on the Virginia River trail this morning in Airport Heights, by what I think is a standard poodle, or goldendoodle - something along those lines anyway. She's fine, and I apologize to the owner for calling them a f****** moron for not having their dog on a leash. But...

Finally got to take my new drone out today. Bit scary, almost chopped my head off trying to catch/land it in the wind, but immense fun too. Hoping for a less foggy day tomorrow for next trip out. Will probably capture some video then too.

I think I've probably taken my last photograph of the year, so I've done up my stats, and I took 2.19% more photos in '24 than in '23 (excl. cellphone pics). Considering work comes to me organically, and the fact that we're talking over 40,000 photos for each of these years, that's pretty close.

Saw my first Cybertruck last week and they look as ridiculous as I expected. Tonight I saw my first Cybertruck in the dark with its lights on. It looks at least twice as stupid with its lights on.

Every time I need to create a fillable form for Acrobat, using Adobe tools (InDesign/Acrobat), I shake my head in disbelief at how a product can be so mature and have such a hold on the market, while being so user unfriendly and unbelievably bad at its job.

I don't normally share my political voting intentions with cold callers and so when I got a text from PP's folk, I gave a vague, yet definitive answer. I wonder if Sandra has a dilemma over who to put me down for. I imagine she knows deep down but may not be able to articulate in her current role.
