Thinking globally, acting locally in Woolwich, Ontario, Canada.
I see my obligation as ringing every bell that comes my way, and being thankful I am not watching soap operas every afternoon.

Small correction: Fox Entertainment News. Fox never applied for or received ‘News’ certification, which has standards; its current programming could not meet. It is an entertainment channel, not a new channel.

Maybe the US is culturally masculine?

No one is helpless. Write emails, sign petitions, make phone calls, go to one of the April 5 marches happening all over the US. The US people, finding their backbones, are the only force that can end this madness.

Catchy! But I was thinking of something more marketable. Something that makes the low carbon economy cool and smart.
I think I’ll ask Jesse Welles - he’s great with words. What do you think?

There had to be a catchy, witty way to promote survival. What’s the slogan?

Future reliability becomes tenuous, when you lose a lot of cultural wisdom and gained experience in a wave.

The Carbon tax was working. Too bad for the people who fought for it and lost. The rest deserve the costly outcome of changing horses midstream. We can be self-indulgent, compared to other nations.

I agree. These parties hold the well-being of the country as ransom for loyalty. A lot of time and energy goes into the party system. Is it Nunavut that has no parties?

Brilliant. I feel
like Canada may find its unity and strength - maturing as a nation that hasn’t had the challenges of war, of geography. And here we sit - rich in resources and rich in diversity of people. So blessed.

EDI policy isn’t about helping the unheard voices. It’s a crucial rounding out of human intelligence, and this benefits everyone.

So discouraged with teaching at one point, I became a server on weekends. I lasted a couple of months and appreciated the immediate response - deliver a plate of yummy food, receive thanks and tips even.

Ordinary cars produce 3-5 tonnes of CO2 per year, driving about 20k km. An ordinary house produces anywhere from 3 -10 tonnes of CO2 from heating space and water. Variations are caused by different levels of insulation, size of footprints, personal habits.

You can pull county-level data for any air pollutant from the National Emissions Inventory. www.epa.gov/air-emission...
