Very good interview. Realistic and ambitious. Full speed to the 95% in the early 2040’s and by then we’ll know what is the best way forward for the remaining 5%.
I can fully see why the German government signed up this British expert to salvage their biggest eoff utility…

OPEX can be lower in case of heat pumps, certainly if CO2 price is included. TCO will be lower, which is essential for competetive variable costs.
