Portland is my home town, born and raised. Thank you for fighting for our social security and Medicare. I protested back in the 70's against the Vietnam war and government lies. I'm proud of all the cities and towns that turned out against oligarchy and authoritarism.🤗

Powdered sour cream, cream, buttermilk, butter are also available . Read customer reviews before buying certain brands.It maybe old school but it rose from the dead over the covid era. I continue to bake my own bread plus I use my food saver when buying bulk. Have fun 🙂

You are right. Eggs can be frozen but have to be prep in a special way,but even frozen eggs have a self life so to speak. I use powdered eggs for baking a trick I used during covid. I also use powdered milk when I run out of milk. Use you tube for info on eggs and egg substitutes.

I recommend everyone take the time to read one book on black history. I've chosen " where do we go from here" by Martin Luther King jr. Your libraries are a great resource for some wonderful books on Black history. You can also download classics like Uncle Tom's cabin for free. Check online.🤗
